24-hour Security
Three levels of security posts control the access to our storage: along the perimeter of office & warehouse center, access to the warehouse building and in our storage.
Video Monitoring System
We installed the latest security systems for 24-hour video monitoring of the archive, displayed on the guarding panel of security service, in order to ensure absolute protection against unauthorized access to the area of our storage.
Fire Detection and Sprinkling System
We understand that your most concern is of the safety of your archives entrusted upon us. Now this becomes our problems and we did our best to exclude any possibility of fire. To this end we installed double protection of the storage against ignition – fire detection and sprinkling system.
Continuous monitoring of movement and location of each document: our service provides for the strictest order of keeping documents entrusted upon us. Information about them is entered into the database, with all issue units supplied with a bar code, allowing quickly finding the required document and/or submitting an archive status report to the Client;
Reliable protection against unauthorized access: bar coding system is developed so that each document is related to the database only by number, and storage database does not contain any information about the company - archive owner. As a result of these and other special measures it is practically impossible to track to what company a box with documents belongs. Even warehouse staff is deprived of possibility to compare archive box number with company's name. All information about issue unit movement within the warehouse is monitored by radio electronic security system and video monitoring system installed within the storage. The monitoring system does not have an Internet access and thus we secured our Clients and ourselves against leakage of information connected with attacks of hackers;
Option of timely destruction of documents at the request of the Client or in connection with elapsed storage term: accounting system issues automatic reminders regarding the necessity to destroy documents and expiry of storage agreement.
