Your documents will be kept in ESAR Espro-Archives’ vault on special racks in corrugated paperboard boxes. These boxes will preserve the documents from the ambient harmful influence.
Our boxes contain 5-7 Korona (Crown) folders or 10-14 Delo (File) standard office folders. Each box is furnished with a barcode label whose unique number is included in our database.
There are no other designations, titles or names on a box. Upon delivery to our vault, the boxes with your documentation will be distributed randomly, the placement technology being generated by our computer system.

A standard (lidded) box we use for keeping documents is made in accordance with the international standards of 41 х 32 х 26 cm three-layer corrugated paperboard and contains 5-7 Korona (Crown) folders or 10-14 Delo (File) office folders
